Description of Organization  
The Southeast Land Trust's mission is to conserve the significant land and natural resources of southeastern New Hampshire, including water, working farms and forests, wildlife habitat, natural areas, and community landscapes. It was formed by the merger in 2006 of the Seacoast Land Trust and the Rockingham Land Trust. The Trust serves 39 communities with conservation, protection, open space, and land management. It has helped landowners conserve more than 4,250 acres of land.
