Abstract/Description
A report with technical analysis of the impacts that local roads, sidewalks, driveways, etc. have on runoff as well as infrastrucure costs.  A thorough review of the problem and the potential solutions with a logical basis to support revising town ordinances to provide for adequate paved areas in new developments, but at lower costs and reduced impervious areas.

Here is a first-rate analysis of the impacts that local roads, sidewalks, driveways, etc. have on runoff as well as on infrastrucure costs.  A very intelligent and thorough review of the problem and the potential solutions.  Lots of good pictures too.
