Abstract/Description  
This guide provides information on how to protect riparian buffers, (areas next to wetlands or surface waters that are naturally vegetated) by providing a scientific basis for municipal decision making.

It was produced through a cooperative effort between The NH Audubon Society, the NRCS, the NH Office of State Planning, and the UNH Cooperative Extension.
